Who is ilead?
iLead Youth Empower Africa Network is a non-governmental and non-sectarian community organization dedicated to positively impacting African societies through an holistic approach to education and the use of media. The organization is committed to the development of youth and children, and aims to build capacity and promote leadership, as well as provide humanitarian service in Africa's underprivileged communities. iLeads mission is to empower young people to become leaders in their communities and create lasting change. Through education, media, and humanitarian service, iLead works to improve the lives of youth and children in Africa.
Since its inception in 2018, ilead has grown rapidly, establishing a network of passionate and dedicated individuals who share a common goal of empowering young people through education to create meaningful change in their communities. The Global Youths Initiative movement has been a key driver of this expansion, reaching rural communities across six states in Nigeria and providing much-needed educational resources (stationeries) and support to over 2,000 primary and secondary school students across six(6) state in Nigeria. Through this initiative, the organization has not only improved the quality of education in these communities, but has also inspired and equipped a new generation of young leaders with the skills and knowledge to lead.
Main Objective
The initiative strives to provide a holistic approach to education, incorporating academic, personal, and career development to help young people achieve their full potential. It also aims to expose students to the right ethics and values, new ideas and innovations that can help them to create a positive impact in their communities.

To inspire, educate, and empower young boys and girls, guiding them to become leaders of character, substantial contributors to, and respected representatives of their local, national, and international communities.
Mission Statement
Fostering a leadership network among young individuals by engaging in humanitarian service and providing a streamlined learning platform. The aim is to cultivate the skills necessary for delivering exceptional service across diverse communities in Africa.
Our Specific Objective
The Organization has the following specific objectives:
• To provide holistic and Transformational training for Young Community Leaders across Africa and beyond.
• To mobilize resources and establish educational opportunities for one million vulnerable children in indigent communities in 5 years
• To ensure that children are safe, healthy, and protected at home, in schools, and in Communities
• To facilitate the rehabilitation of out-of-school children through grants, sponsorship, and government aid.

• To support community-led initiatives with a focus on using sustainable technologies to Enhance the Teaching and Learning exercise for indigent kids.
● To build capacity and sensitize parents, Teachers, children, and communities on the importance of Education and its role in nation-building Make education accessible to children and youths in Nigeria and Africa.
● Organize, train, and empower youths to eliminate societal vices through youth empowerment and social programs.
● Provide financial assistance to the extremely poor and raise funds for community development.
● Advise government agencies and non-governmental organizations on Education and infrastructural development in Nigeria and Africa.
● Ensure a better life for the citizens of Nigeria through the promotion of justice, equity, and good conscience.
